During Christmas season, a few things went my way at this hotel. the hotel is strategically located near two religious sites and has a clean aesthetic. the rooms are decorated with exquisite taste. I found it cool that the hotel played Christmas songs.

My experience was not entirely great. I found the food served here quite boring, and management was not flexible with my dietary restrictions.

The staff here is great, and the food is delicious. If you stay in the Thamel district, you won't be let down! 🙌

The front desk staff was not particularly welcoming, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. the service at the restaurant was slow, and it took a long time to receive our food.
